GET THE HARDEST WORKING AGENT IN THE BUSINESS WORKING FOR YOU!

 

Some REAL things I've done for my clients:

  • Knocked on many doors in a specific neighbourhood, finding my clients a home that they absolutely love
  • Showed a client over 60 condos until he found the perfect one
  • Advised my clients to avoid paying above market price for a property, (even though it meant that I missed out on a quick commission)
  • Helped my client to paint and remove wallpaper, in order to make the property more marketable for the open house

 

 So how do I get referrals?

  • There isn't really a secret to getting referrals.  I work very hard for my clients, and I'm honest (sometimes brutally honest). 
  • That means that I don't 'encourage' clients to buy the first condo they see, or to accept a low-priced offer when selling a home.  That means that I'll tell you to get rid of the ugly sofa before listing the property.  That means that if you need to see 20 houses, or 60 condos before you are ready to buy, I will take you to see 20 houses or 60 condos (or more)!
  • Please ask me for a reference - or better yet, ask me for 5 or 10!  I am VERY confident that any of my clients will tell you that I worked very hard and got them a great deal on the property they were selling or buying. 

 

YOU ONLY GET REFERRALS WHEN YOU WORK HARD AND DELIVER ON YOUR PROMISES

  • SELLERS - Email your property address to eweintraub@trebnet.com and I can use the Realtor's enhanced version of MLS.ca to email you recent sales in your area.  This will help you get a better understanding of what your home is worth.  You can call me  any time to list your home.
  • BUYERS - Email me your search area and price range to eweintraub@trebnet.com, and I will send you daily emails from MLS to inform you of new listings or price reductions on existing listings.  If you would like to see any of these listings, please let me know.  This is much easier than using MLS.ca, which doesn't always provide you with the property address or let you search by a specific street.
